Boots Raingear, has your beard in fact killed anyone? Is it made out of bees? Is it cursed and/or haunted? Have you soaked it in vodka to kill the beard ghosts?
Cuddleclobbermonger, July 23, 2014, 10:47:16 pm

No.

My beard is typically soaked in whisky.

You can't post that and not post this:

To add on to the "matching voices with pictures" game, I'm betting that Acier is one of those dudes that's just pretty. Like, anime pretty boy pretty.Quote from

I think I've figured out what organ that one crazy person was talking about. The critical clue was that it was located "near out-throat".  Now if I'm remembering Dr. Portaxx's anatomy class properly, the "out throat" is a European word for the foreskin. Ergo, that organ filtering water to our lungs is the penis.

I have chronic dreams about my teeth cracking or falling out (I spent most of my childhood having various dental/orthodontic procedures done to them and then I moved to England as a grad student so there's no real mystery as to why those dreams happen) and it doesn't bother me.

Are British teeth really that bad? I haven't exactly been dazzled by shining American whites whenever I've been in the States. I mean, I'm not exactly a great representative of the state of aesthetic dentistry of the UK myself, but I haven't had a cavity in my life and my teeth are more or less where they should be.

I'm as confused about this as apparently everyone else is about Heinz Baked B-- okay, wrong thread.

I think british teeth look worse than they are. From a health point of view, I'm free of cavities and more or less free of everything else bad. My teeth are pretty yellow though. I don't know whether it's some non-harmful staining thing or less whitening toothpaste or a bad dentist or what, but the dentist seems to be fine with them even though they look pretty bad.
