So, I just moved to Minneapolis, and as I do, I hate-shop at the Mall of America. Thankfully, I spotted someone in one of our shirts:

Also I was completely awkward about it because I'm not used to people enjoying things I'm a part of (sorry!).
(Also sorry for the image size)

how do you even handle that? do you just walk up and go HI I'M STOG

I had to lead up to it and afterwards my nervous system tried to tell me I was dying
-
There's a simple answer. Just say "PARTY PARTY PARTY PARTY" as you pass.
-
This makes me wonder about how F Plus listeners are distributed.

Look, if someone did that to me, I would freak the fuck out and my day would be made and I would ask for that guy's autograph, whether or not he was actually STOG. Then I would post about it here and hastily delete it when I realized it probably wasn't actually STOG, and then be really embarrassed for the rest of my life.

Congrats on giving Bunnybread his most interesting idea for a pickup line ever.

How excited was she when you announced that you were the one they call STOG?

Okay, if Bunnybread tried that, I don't think he could fool anyone. That's certainly one way to start a conversation, though, and then said fan would probably be hell of picked up.

Sup, Baby? How you doin' on this fine day? My name's
Vincenzo Stog and I am weird on the internet.
Why aren't you grabbing my junk and pulling me into a nearby restroom? I normally don't get a whole three sentences out before that happens!
What, do I have to learn about you or something? Jesus, fine. Ok, is Jack short for Jacqueline or do you prefer Jackie or -Fuck this I've lost interest I'm gonna go grab that chick at the pretzel place.

Thanks Stog.

That makes me wonder, can any of the Ridiculists do good impressions of the other ridiculists? I know a lot of them have busted out a Portaxx style "Yaaaaaay!" and some of Jack Chick's anime voice. Hmm. I would love to hear an episode where they intros were people pretending to be the other folks in the room.

I love when the Ridiculists do this! The best (?) example of what you're describing is really, really early, and it was referenced in the Retrospective: 35: Without Adult Supervision (https://thefpl.us/episode/35).
I think I've only heard it once, but I loved Adam's Bunnybread impression ("Yeah, you gay now baby ;)"). I love "Boots Voice" (followed up by "aww, it's me" or "hey Boots, it's you!"). And I LOSE IT every time I hear Isfahan's Lou Fernandez impression. It may have been in an outro, I can't even remember where it was, but it is THE BEST.

No we sure can't!

I want to hear a Kumquat-off.

But we just spent good money making that happen! (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fig9PZYzIiM)

Lemon reading part of "The Cuddle Sutra" in Boots Voice is one of my favorite things about #98. Which episode is Adam's Bunnybread impression in?

It's a scant 5 seconds around 38 minutes into 182: Let's Do The Mind Warp Again (https://thefpl.us/episode/182). I still like it.
Edit:
That makes me wonder, can any of the Ridiculists do good impressions...

The Kumquat introduction would consist of absolutely everybody else in the call, with as little coordination as possible.
-
And I missed my opportunity to say "What up, STOG?"
Late and over the internet, but there ya go.

We're all Boots down here.
"I'm you from the past and the future!"
(Also, Isfahan as Lou is the episode 117 outro (https://thefpl.us/episode/117).)

Pick-up line from another universe

My roommate said she saw a fplus sticker on the back of someone's car in Santa Ana. It's either one of you or one of the many, many people across southern california I have made listen to adult babies.
-
I was working at my computer yesterday when my office mate asked "Hey, have you ever heard of damn.dog?" Turns out our product manager posted a link to idiots.win on our internal chat dealie. I want to say I got him into The F Plus when we were talking about horrible Japanese dating simulators a couple weeks ago, but honestly I have no idea.
-
Finding it hard to think of the right thread to place this link in, but consider this The F Plus in the wild... Internet?
http://www.thingsinsquares.com/blog/interview-shen-of-owl-turd-comics/
You've seen owlturd, we've all seen owlturd. The link even has a sample image for you to remember if you've forgotten owlturd.
You want to scroll down to the "About the Webcomic Creation" subsection and read from there.

I physically winced when he said he was influenced by Shmorky yikes
-
Before shmorky went completely insane and was outed as a diaper fetishist pedo they were pretty funny tbf. Way funnier than owlturd ever has been. The old flash tub and gaming garbage stuff was pretty good.
Still very a very suspect influence.
-
Shmorky is an amazingly talented cartoonist (and yes, way funnier, back in the SA/Flash Tub days). I can definitely see some artistic influence in Owl Turd.

I keep myself very unaware of most SA gossip, but yeah, Shmorky is a great cartoonist (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vvRq8mCyEi8).
