I'm gonna be redoing the smiley/emoji system to ballpit with SVGs that actually scale to your text, which means redoing the library.

SO! If there's something you'd like added to the ballp.it lexicon, do this:
Go to The Noun Project and find the thing(s) you'd like to add. If you find the image elsewhere, that's cool, but it's gotta be vector (AI/EPS/SVG). No raster images (gif/png/jpg). If you wanna make your own drawing (again, vector only), that's even better. Add suggestions here.

Ooh, this might prove more difficult than I originally expected. SMF's smiley system doesn't have SVG support.

Do we have anywhere that lists the emoji that can be used on the board? I've never even known what ones were available in the first place.

There isn't, because I think its more fun if it's kind of a secret.

Okay, so the list is done for now. Here's the basic idea:

Many (but not all) emoji are vector. There's some old ones that are PNGs and I haven't got around to fixing them, so I figured it was better to leave in the old ones than remove them entirely. Emoji will follow your font size. so BIG TEXT and LITTLE TEXT will have the appropriately sized heart inside. Emoji also have a minimum height of 16px, so if your type is really small it'll still be visible.
