I've come to the realization that the ballp.it base (post read) size is too small. Because the site is responsive, it makes for a great many characters on a single line, definitely too many if you're on a wider monitor. I'm thinking of making the post view come close to the standard of
60 characters per line for all posts, with a fallback of 14px for browsers that can't do that sort of math (Safari), leaving most of the actual navigation pretty much the same.
Mobile will change, but only slightly.
