Happy Sunday!

My head hurts. Tell me about your hangover. And your favourite hangover cure. Mine is a fry-up, diet coke, and ibuprofen. 

An hour on the rowing machine also works, but is far less enjoyable than eating and drinking in bed.

Grilled corn and hosted karaoke last night. Last I remember  there was a Wham dance party happening in my living room.

Now I'm in a car on the way to a 50th anniversary party eating McDonalds since nobody was gonna fight with my pregnant sister-in-law over food choices. It's going to be a long day.

A preferred hangover cure is a large fruit smoothie and a long bike ride. Very unpleasant for the first 20 minutes, but it kills the hangover symptoms by the end of the ride.

Drink hella water before drinking, and sip water between drinks. You'll have to pee more but it'll make tomorrow's hangover a lot more manageable.

hangovers are 90% dehydration and 10% force of will. I like a really low-impact breakfast like green tea and oatmeal. Exercise is good too but far too unpleasant to usually start.
