It does kinda annoy me when you guys make fun of grammar that's perfectly normal outside the US. "To which you refer" (I don't remember the exact phrase, but it was similar) is fine in basically every other English-speaking country.

That's acceptable grammar in the U.S. too, but avoiding the use of prepositions at the ends of sentences is usually reserved for speaking in a formal register here. The joke was that the submitter didn't want to stoop to speaking in a casual register on such a respectable site as Clips for Sale.
