This episode was just... what? I'd put it up there with the Loki Wives and Quantum Jumping episodes, in that you've got these people using words to describe things they claim are happening to them, and I can mostly comprehend what it is they're saying, but there's just no sense at all of what's actually going on in real life to correspond with it. I mean, are they just completely imagining this? Do they know it isn't real and are just enjoying having an exotic context for their enema fixations? Do they actually genuinely think they've got malicious ghosts in their butts? I just can't get a feel for this at all.
Anyway great episode as always, glad to see Lou Fernandez back especially.

If ghosts were real, James Joyce would absolutely be a butt ghost. He'd crawl into the lower intestines of well-bred English women, encourage them to fart, and then moan in extacy, which would cause another fart.
