Forever cringing internally at the thought of a book instructing you to listen to specific music during a fight scene like its guardians of the galaxy. Get alone having the characters having to imply it in dialog and it's video game music

The subreddit has now gone private. Is it our fault? Probably.
-
I don't know what upset me more about this episode: listening to people who've only learned about fiction through TV Tropes trying to write stories, or that godawful fantasy "sword".
-
I want there to be an entire reddit where they just theorycraft swords for each other endlessly, back and forth forever
