It's because the novels some anime is based on, a lot of them were originally published on novel writing websites. It's common for people to make the title on there just a description of the story so people don't have to click through and read a description. They know what it is right away. And now it's kind of a joke.

This was very fun to compile but difficult to edit down and there is a ton left in the doc. I just love the way this man writes.
