Yeah, this is one of the few fetishes the show's covered where, even though I don't have it, I understand it. It's like when you're looking at a sentence in a language you don't really know, but can pick out enough words to get the gist of it.
Hell, I understand these guys better than I understand some subsets of fetishes I DO have.

There's "taco sauce" in America too. Like RSA said above, it's basically watery salsa.

I'll be the fan that says it: Don't any of you guys have a kitchen hose on your kitchen sink? Mostly I use it because it's difficult to get a pitcher of Kool-Aid angled under the normal faucet, though I'm sure an average person would use it for rinsing dishes.

I do, but I don't use it much. Did kitchen hoses come up in the episode? It's entirely possible I missed it, my attention span lasts just long enough to get this sentence out and honestly I almost stopped halfway.

You know, in context, I just was thinking garden hose, and didn't think about "sink hose".
Also considering it's a person who regularly gets food all over the place, it very well could be a garden hose they've installed in the kitchen.

I loved this episode. I started listening on the tube. About ten minutes in I laughed out loud, but I stifled it, so it sounded like kind of a wheeze. Then I tried to pass that off as a cough, but the pretend coughing turned into an actual coughing fit and my eyes started watering like crazy. By the end I was wheezing and coughing and crying and people started giving me extra space. It was awesome.

I bet a big part of it is honestly that the traditional custard pie used for this stuff just isn't really a thing here in the UK at all. The default state for one here is made with a crisp, flaky pastry and filled with beef, onions and gravy.
...no way these fuckers don't have an entire section for getting covered in extremely sticky pie gravy.
