Now that the dust has settled...
Just kidding.
Anyway, I really really enjoyed the pilot. The opening theme is really good though visually unconventional (although after "Enterprise", which I also liked - fuck you haters - nothing's out of the question I guess).
What did you think?
Was it too much Kelvin for your taste? I didn't think so, but I anticipate the purist to start bitching about how they had touch screens and holograms instead of colorful lego buttons and CRTs.
Anyway, can't wait for more.

Reviving this failed thread because Season 2 is great and Captain Pike is on the fast track to being in my top 3 captains!

They've retconned more outrageous things before, but yeah, his time is probably limited.
