I really enjoyed that at least one reader thought any given book sounded kind of cool!

Empress Theresa really ought to be its' own episode. Between the book itself and the GIGANTIC ball of issues that is the author, it's one hell of a rabbit hole.

He has an extreme fixation on teenage Catholic girls and Joan of Arc in particular.

It's really disturbing and also sad because he seems legitimately fucked up by the fact that Joan was burned at the stake and has published massive screeds online trying to convince himself and others that she didn't suffer when it happened.

It's a hell of a thing.
