Uh, I just accessed thefpl.us and it's apparently got the new design but everything is broken and unformatted, at least on my screen. All the fonts are default Times New Roman and the icons for Ballp.it etc. are gigantic.

Responded via DM already, but so everyone else sees it: Oops! I was working on this new design and accidentally uploaded the .css for the redesign to the folder with the current design, which obviously created a mess. Fixed now.
