Movies on Youtube (post #5)

I love watching movies on YouTube. Not having to pay for a streaming service improves the experience.

The Wrong Guy (1997)

The other, unofficial Kids in the Hall movie after Brain Candy, although the style of humor actually reminds me more of golden age Simpsons. So naturally it’s one of my favorite comedies now.

Stone Cold (1991)

An absolutely nuts action movie starring former NFL linebacker Brian “The Boz” Bosworth as an undercover cop with the most ridiculous mullet ever committed to film. It was directed by a stunt coordinator, and you can tell (this is a compliment btw).

Freaked (1993)

A very fun body horror (light on the horror) comedy starring and codirected by Alex Winter, featuring some really impressive and creative makeup effects.

Also, for anyone interested in Soviet film, Mosfilm—the film studio which was formerly had the USSR’s monopoly on movie production—has a YouTube channel where you can watch pretty much every great Soviet movie ever made.

P.S Our other friend that drank half a mug saw a massive bubble bee in his room and spoke to it saying "Man you're big" and he had blurry vision only for a day

I posted a new song this week entitled Jealous of a Stadium. I was thinking of doing a pop-punk inspired production but ended up sticking to my typical bombastic synth-pop style. This one is inspired by that lady who was in love with a drill from the Object of My Desire episode of Extra Credit. Written from the perspective of the partner of someone with an interest in large man-made structures, it's about the difficulty her interest in a local stadium causes and includes a long list of various massive things which was very fun to put together.

So naturally, I wanted to restore my origional genius, without the cuckolding of the corrupt evil psychiatry industry.

Now I know how the system mastery guys are so successful with their nerdy cookbooks, it's bleak out there.

Edit: realized this comes across as kinda mean to Jon and Jef, there just seems to be a dearth of nerdy recipes that are good and there being authors who are funny and know the stuff they're referencing easily beats out the rest of the stuff

Not a single nerd auteur could come up with a band name as good as Satan's Big Ol House or Seven Thousand Dollars.

I'm hesitant to go to bed, so an episode on the Tartarian empire might make for a good episode but QAA did it first. I still owe the podcasts a doc on TMBG fans...

Edit: Wait, we can click on the kiss and the slap icons?!

The real stake of capitalism today is the pharmacopornographic control of subjectivity, whose products are serotonin, techno-blood and blood products, testosterone, antacids, cortisone, techno-sperm, antibiotics, estradiol, techno-milk, alcohol and tobacco, morphine, insulin, cocaine, living human eggs, citrate of sildenafil (Viagra), and the entire material and virtual complex participating in the production of mental and psychosomatic states of excitation, relaxation, and discharge, as well as those of omnipotence and total control

The third film in the David Gordon Green Exorcist trilogy will end with Linda Blair in full makeup doing the Joker dance down the iconic stairs from the end of the original film.
