This episode inspired me to play KobaldKare, and

I feel like it's important to note that you can grab your dick with the detailed grab feature and push it forwards with the mouse wheel to fly at incredible speeds.

This also works with clipping the dildo into your ass and pushing yourself forwards using it, but this method is less reliable. Sometimes it gets stuck and you have no way to get it out besides death.
