thanks to this episode me and my friend (fellow fplus listener) have decided to watch the entire star wars series and let me tell you: whenever you are watching a star wars film you will never be able to remember a time when you weren't watching star wars. we just finished attack of the clones and i seriously feel delirious right now.

oh my god dude so many people will tell you to do it differently but i think going by episode number starting at 1 will give you a truly incomprehensible experience

I had never seen the original Star Wars, but I saw the prequels in theaters as a kid, so I basically got that same experience.

I saw this video pop up on social media (haven't watched it) but I love how when something new that jedi can do shows up people have to scour through all of Star Wars canon where that might have come in useful and retroactively figure out why they didn't use it there, as well as for every other instance afterwards where the writer for a particular story forgets about that power or doesn't know about it because they don't have time to read every Star Wars story published since all their time is taken up with writing Star Wars stories apparently.

Lemon's hateful glee is one of the best things a person can witness.

I never imagined I'd hear Lemon even SAY Steven Universe.

While I'm at it, Lemon do you know how your friend's kid spells their donkey's name? Because I love that donkey and its name. Hotie? Hoatie? Please illuminate me.

Adramalech is absolutely in the extended universe, as is the Republic of Bimboland, apparently.

I can't stop breaking face. Most I've smiled in the office for awhile.

You explain it to the aliens, then, why cookies aren't like cakes at all.

I feel like, when you have a laser sword that can cut through metal, it's probably not that big a deal to make a killing form.  Like, you can probably just waggle your laser sword vaguely around and murder a guy.

when you think about its pretty crazy that they're wielding swords at all, or not like doing some crazy telekinesis thing at the least.

I do not recommend thinking about it.

The OT at least implied that the telekinesis was advanced-level shit, while the sabers are basically a more dangerous stick, and it's pretty easy to swing a stick around a bit.

I never finished the other trilogies, but I assume they made things all weird, even leaving aside the ocean of strange SF id that is the EU.
