It's just uniquely weird enough, and the slow realization that some of the readers get when they begin to understand what's going on is top notch. It's usually this episode or the Roy Orbision one if I want to show someone F-Plus

at one point, one of the adult babies lists their love of "P" - the letter, not piss. That's a slang term for meth. Imagine a methed-out toothless adult baby asking for a wimjob, and realise that yes, it can always get worse.
