I'm so glad you posted those pictures of Tothian, because in the actual episode, he mentioned the Clearwater police department, and years ago I knew a guy in Clearwater who also thought he was the archangel Michael. I don't know if there being a second guy who thinks that is better or worse, but at least I haven't secretly known Tothian all this time.

I love how the middle column is like "WE HAVE TO GO MASKED TO FIGHT DRUG WARLORDS AND TOTALITARIAN DICTATORSHIPS" but then the right column is like "actually you should probably just pick up trash and help old ladies across the street"
