Ballpit emails were broken for most of October.

Oops I broke forum emails again!

Emails sent by ballpit stopped working around October 6th and were restored earlier this evening. Very sorry!
This particular problem shouldn't happen again as I've now set the server to start the mail service on boot. Whoops.
