All of my jobs have involved working in kitchens, so having booze on hand isn't too unusual for me. After a particularly stressful night cooking orders, tasting a ice cold beer that's been kept in the freezer for an hour is the sweetest taste.
I used to work at a pub restaurant where the people working in the kitchen were entitled to a free pint from the bar staff, but this got stopped after too many chefs took the opportunity to order several more pints. There's always at least person who takes a mile when given an inch.
BTW what kind of Baileys? Plain is nice, but I love the hazelnut flavour.
