These stories are so predictable that someone could construct a Joseph Campell, Hero's Journey-esque narrative structure that the vast majority will follow. To wit:
I. The Hero is minding their own business
II. The Villain, without any real discernible motive or purpose, starts to complain
III. There's a brief back-and-forth
IV. The Villain begins to yell, again for no reason,
V. The Hero delivers their monologue and ends with the lamest bon mot humanly possible
VI. Everyone laughs / applauds
VII. The Villain slinks away in defeat, without another word
With that structure in mind, apply two or more of the following topics: Dr. Who, video games, video game consoles, anime, cosplay, LGBT, racism, or dates memes. Sprinkle with censored curse words and weird circumlocutions.
That being said, I would love to see the NotAwaysRight cutting-room floor. What do they cut? Anything longer than six exchanges, or anything not sufficiently Manichean? I wonder if they've rejected anything for being too unbelievable? The mind boggles.
