One of my colleagues, also working from home, told me today that she's a week into couch to 5k and she made cookies in her lunch break today, and I'm starting to think my achievement of building a big brown triangle in minecraft and watching every Jon Bois video I can find might not be one that matches up favourably when we're back in the office.

Also week one of couch to 5k is: a 20 minute walk, a 10 minute walk, some vague upper body workout, and two days of rest. The first week is easy (and that's the point, tbf).

I mean for the record my colleague is very nice and was just chatting about how her day was going, she definitely doesn't deserve any hate, and my post was mostly a joke anyway (it's not a big brown triangle, its the spaceship from Stargate, and I enjoyed every second of Dorktown).

Anyway, I've always been honest when they ask what I did at the weekend so there's basically no way they could think less of me in that regards. I mean, probably should do a pushup every time I write a sentence about fallout new vegas, but that's just the voice in the back of my head saying "DVT will fell you before age 26 if you keep sitting in that chair for 16 hours a day".
