Actually, this episode made me think about something that's probably heightened to its logical extreme here, which is the fact that sex games are WAAAAYYY too tedious for normal people to ever jack off to. I played huniepop a while back for shits and giggles. For those of you not in the know, it's kind of an intersection between a dating simulator game and Bejewelled. If you go on enough successful "dates" with the girls by completing their bejewelled levels and giving them the right presents and stuff, you get a sexy picture of the character you just finished the level with.
The pictures in and of themselves are fine but the context totally destroys any erotic worth they would have had. Nothing gets me less hot than puzzle games where I have a limited number of turns and I have to try not to accidentally lose a bunch of points and lose the match. There's seriously a part which is the climax of every girl's "route" where you have sex with them by playing the Bejewelled puzzle as fast as you can to keep gaining points to pleasure them. Funnily enough, this is the only part you can't lose on and it's actually pretty difficult. You have to keep getting points at a steady pace or else you'll lose progress and it can go back to the bottom so you have to start all over again. Again, this is meant to be sexy.
I never understood why people try to make sex games with complex, in depth gameplay. Some things just don't go together at all and two of those things are pornography and a difficulty curve. If you get turned on by looking at the pictures on the cards, why would you learn to play the game? Why not just collect the cards and jack off to them? I don't understand anything
