Not having seen Gaim yet (or more than 30 seconds of Kabuto, tbh) I can meet you in the middle with Doctor Maki from OOO or Papa Sonozaki from W.

Or Starfish Hitler.

No, ballpit. I'm not kidding.

Dammit, I've gotta split it.

Heroes/Antiheroes:
5. Raylan Givens (Justified)
4. Selina Meyer (Veep)
3. Don Draper (Mad Men)
2. Peggy Olson (Mad Men)
1. Al Swearengen (Deadwood)

Villains/Antivillains
5. Dr. Valentin Narcisse (Boardwalk Empire)
4. Mags Bennett (Justified)
3. Stringer Bell (The Wire)
2. Boyd Crowder (Justified)
1. Al Swearengen (Deadwood)

Al Swearengen is a great character and I wish Deadwood were a person so I could have sex with it.

Sorry, Lemon's Totally Real Algorithm, but there is no character named Super Racist Steve.  You are most probably referring to Steve "Steve the Drunk" Fields.

I sure hope somebody got fired for that blunder.

I started watching old Sopranos episodes on a long haul flight a few weeks ago.  I'd forgotten just how wonderful a character Paulie was.  I mean, I remembered he was a great character, but when he came to the hospital to visit a guy who'd been beaten into a coma with a golf club, and he said "I brought him a Whitman sampler" as he dropped a shrink-wrapped box of candy on the guy's legs, I nearly fell out of my chair.
