Much solidarity to all y'all in Minnesota right now. I work with a lot of people in the Twin Cities, and it's become a pretty common thing for colleagues to be openly crying in Teams meetings. I hate feeling so powerless. As an immigrant myself, I have a strong fear of doing anything visible that could get me any form of official awareness/attention. I couldn't live with myself if I didn't do something, though, and this is what I felt most able to do right now.

Thanks to Shell Game for inspiring me to do this in the first place by reminding me that spreading the word in person is way more important than posting online. It feels silly to be posting the results of that online as well, but it's not all I'm doing so that feels like power in itself.
