For most of the people who are so into porn that they would want VR porn as a substitute for actual sex, I don't think it's lack of ability that's actually stopping them from having real-life sex. It's a fear/anxiety/shyness thing, which causes them to have a viewpoint where real sex isn't even an option they consider.
