On that note, I found out that the guy who wrote this story is a huge Mabinogi fan, and I mentioned this to my boyfriend around the start of the episode. Well, come to find out, apparently that staff and robe that gets mentioned is actual gear you can get in Mabinogi, which I found out because my boyfriend literally started yelling about the fact he knew exactly what gear it was because he owned it when he played Mabinogi. Fun lore I wasn't prepared for!

I'm real glad to hear that! I was starting to wonder if we were technically repeating subjects a bit too frequently. We try hard to make each installment distinct though. I'll definitely pass this along and we can all be on the lookout for that very special kinda weirdo.
