Avatar size limit upped from 60 to 160. Some CSS changes I'm working on are gonna be friendlier to larger avatar image sizes.

(note: there will be transitional weirdness to those who upload bigger avatars, but I still recommend it)

Lots of subtle(?) changes made, mostly to the post view.

• Thread subject
• Post v. Preview colors
• Post v. Preview buttons bigger on mobile
• UBB actions all in one line (if possible)
• Topic Summary "insert quote" button fixed
• Topic Summary embedded images have max height/width enforced

Probably more shit too.Ctrl+F5 to flush CSS if you don't see the changes.

I've never really noticed the Replies page layout until Jack Chick pointed out to me that it was broken.

Cleaned that up. Follows the same design as new posts.
