I'm not quite done but I'm nearly there. Please do let me know if anything's odd.  I yanked out about 2,600 lines of CSS in this update, and it's possible some of that shit is important and I didn't notice.

LOTS MORE CHANGES, which you probably saw in-progress if you were visiting thefpl.us in the past couple hours..

There's some smaller tweaks to a lot of different places, but here's the most noticeable two:

The comments section had a big revamp.

The header does a lot more than it used to. Here's how it works:

• Looks for a session variable. If you haven't been to thefpl.us in this session, it'll pick a header for you.
• If you have been here before, there's a dice roll. You might get a new header, or it might do some silly animation with the logo.

• Different hamburger actions for sidebar on mobile
• General cleanup of some mobile experience weirdness.

While looking at an older episode (one that doesn't have the new icons yet) I noticed there was no link to ballp.it in the site navigation.  The only links seem to be on the episodes themselves.
