Is there a dearth of social workers in Germany or wherever the fuck these dudes live? They really should be getting help for their depression and/or anxiety, because they're mostly self-aware enough to realize they're deep down a hole, but they've just given up, and their current social circles can't help them.

I wonder if there’s something that would get them moving. I’ve dealt with some pretty severe depression and anxiety but when I have something positive in my life to keep me accountable it’s like night and day.

Now, that’s not the case for everyone with those problems and I’m pretty lucky. But I wonder how many of these people would actually be happy with something to give them purpose
