I visited this subreddit once, it popped up when I made a search for a TV show I was watching. I made one comment where I responded to someone asking if anyone viewing the thread was asexual. I said "I'm ace", and was banned an hour later, with a note calling me a degenerate. So, I looked at the sub more thoroughly and concluded it must have been a parody, and I just didn't know what it was a parody of, so I didn't get the joke.

I'm disheartened to learn that it was serious.

In 2013ish, I didn't know how to spell lizard. Spelling it thelizzerd.

I used this name on a lot of sites. Mostly old deleted accounts. When I first decided to submit a doc I used it. Now I'm stuck with it here and in some other spaces although I don't use it on many new accounts.

I get compliments on my user name when my docs get read but did you know that it is from a throwaway joke that Boots made on an episode?
